Carrier & Services:
We proudly ship Australia-wide using Australia Post.
- Australia Post offers both Standard and Express delivery options for smaller parcels and general orders.
- All shipments include full tracking, and tracking details are sent to you via email once your order has been dispatched.
- So you can choose between the three options at checkout, depending on how quickly you need your order.

Processing & Handling Time:
All items are packed with care. Please allow 1–5 business days for processing before your order is shipped. During busy periods (like sales or holidays), dispatch times may be slightly longer but we’ll always do our best to get your order out as quickly as possible. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number. Please note that we may not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.
Please Note: Printers Need Time To Print Your Orders and Need Maintenance Every Now and Then. With That Timeframes May Slightly Vary
Order Cut-Off Time:
There’s no strict cut-off time for placing orders. You can shop anytime 24/7 and we’ll begin processing your order on the next business day.
Delivery Areas:
We currently ONLY ship to addresses within Australia. Australia Post can deliver to P.O. Boxes and Parcel Lockers. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your address, feel free to contact us before placing your order.
Shipping Timeframes (after dispatch):
Australia Post Standard: 3 – 7 business days, depending on your location.
Australia Post Express: 1 – 3 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may be affected by courier delays or external factors. We always do our best to ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible.
Tracking Information:
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your parcel all the way to your door.
Delays & Issues:
Please understand that once your parcel is handed over to Australia Post, delivery times are out of our control. Weather events, public holidays, and other unforeseen delays may impact delivery. If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please first check your tracking information for updates from the carrier. In some cases, parcels may experience short delays due to courier backlogs or regional delivery issues. If your parcel appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at BMLCrafts@outlook.com with your order number and tracking details. We will investigate the issue with the courier and assist in locating or resolving your delivery as quickly as possible.
