By placing an order with Prints By Beau, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

All products sold by Prints By Beau are made to order, and all items are printed from creators on Patreon. Please ensure all details entered at checkout, including names, colours, and design selections, are correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for errors provided by the customer.

Due to the custom and made to order products, we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind. If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will work with you to resolve the issue.

As our products are 3D printed, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur. These variations are normal and are not considered faults. Colours may also appear slightly different due to screen settings.

Once an order has been dispatched, Prints By Beau is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services. Shipping timeframes provided are estimates only ute usually are a great estimate.
