Purchase Options Cancellation Policy
Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription or pre-order. This policy outlines how these purchase options work and how you can manage, change, or cancel them.
Subscriptions
When you purchase a subscription, you agree to receive repeat deliveries based on the frequency and duration you select at checkout.
Your payment details will be stored securely, and you will be automatically charged for each scheduled order unless you choose a prepaid option.
Subscriptions may automatically renew at the end of their term. If you do not wish to continue, you can cancel or modify your subscription at any time. However, any changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before your next billing date. Requests made after this timeframe may not be processed in time, and the upcoming order will proceed as scheduled.

Please note: All subscription orders are subject to our no refunds and no returns policy.
Pre-Orders
When purchasing a pre-order item, you are securing a product that is currently out of stock or not yet released. We may collect full payment, a partial deposit, or store your payment method at checkout and charge the remaining balance at a later date once the item is ready to ship.
You may cancel a pre-order any time before it has been fulfilled. Once the order has been processed and shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
As per our store policy, we do not offer refunds or returns. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Eligible cases may be offered a discounted replacement within 30 days, subject to approval.
